Dr. Frey is a staff anesthesiologist at St. John's Regional Medical Center. He attended the University of Arizona and UC Irvine for pain management training.

Patient satisfaction is largely due to the emphasis on patient comfort: A thoughtfully designed waiting area complete with coffee, tea, and enter-tainment. Based in Southern California, some patients travel from Los Angeles County and Santa Barbara County to receive care. The center is equipped with full time nursing staff experienced in the special needs of pain patients.
